Pricing

Engraving/lasering of your logo is included in the price of the awards and giftware products, unless otherwise noted. Engraving of characters as can reasonably fit onto the engraving area (including the logo, if required) is $0.10 a letter.
We do have setup charges for logos. This is a one time charge of $25.00, unless otherwise noted.  If any extra attention is required such as digital cleanup of your logo artwork, we will quote these charges to you beforehand.
There are price breaks on quantity buying.  On items from 25-49, less 5%;  50-99, less 10%; and for 100+ items less 15%.  To take advantage of these discounts please e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We will accept returns on all unimprinted or non engraved products. We will fully refund your money less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. The cost of shipping the product back to us is the customer’s responsibility.
We accept Visa, Mastercard through paypal on our website and Money Orders for those who are uncomfortable using credit cards online. We also accept Debit Cards on location.

Site Pricing
While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. If a site price is incorrect on an item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget. From time to time we also make typos on the website, and we do not accept liability for incorrect spelling, printing errors (including prices), incorrect manufacturer's specifications or changes, or grammatical inaccuracies in any product included in our website.

Web Site Images
We make best efforts to provide clear and color-correct product images on our site that best reflect the true nature of the products. However, web site images are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. We want to remind customers to be careful about making assumptions about products from the site image alone. We strongly urge our customers to order actual samples. If you choose not to evaluate a physical sample, we cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product.

Engraving and Graphics

Just simply fill in the required engraving when prompted in the shopping cart. Just about any award or product can be personalized with whatever words, logos, names or sayings that you like. We will send an artwork proof to you before production.  Our graphic designers will incorporate your text and logo into a format particularly suited to the award you have selected. We always will email or fax you an artwork proof, before we go into production.

What about logos?
The engraving or lasering of logos is included in the price of the award. Simply write the word "logo" on the line where you would like the logo engraved. In order for us to engrave your logo, we will need your logo artwork. Logo artwork must be sent in file formats that are acceptable for the graphics industry. What about large orders?
For your convenience, we will accept the engraving instructions in spreadsheet format (Excel) or document format. This is of particular use when there are many different names to go on hundreds of awards. When ordering, simply type in "engraving attached", and email or fax us the required engraving. For the best laser or engraving results we only accept EPS (encapsulated postscript), AI (Adobe Illustrator) or CDR (Corel Draw).

Production & Delivery Time

Your order will be shipped within 5-10 business days of receiving the order, unless otherwise noted. Artwork on logos may require additional time.  If you require your awards sooner, give us a call at 1-866-787-3483 and we most likely will be able to accommodate your schedule.  Rush orders may be subject to rush charges associated with the unavoidable costs of an accelerated production schedule.

Actual delivery time is determined by the level of service selected when ordering. Shipping charges are calculated when you enter your shipping address into the shopping cart. This way, you know exactly how much shipping will cost before you make your purchase.

UPS Expedited = Guaranteed within 2 business days.

UPS Standard = Guaranteed within 7 business days.

What method do you ship by?
All orders are normally shipped via UPS. We are quite willing to ship through another courier if specially requested. Please contact us for this service. We will try to accommodate all your deadline requirements and shipping needs.
